You Will Need:1 lb. Lean ground beef.1 1/4 cups Milk.1 cup Water.Make it:Brown 1 lb.lean ground beef in large skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet.Add 1 1/4 cups milk, 1 cup water, pasta and seasoning; stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat.Cover; simmer 8 to 10 min. or until most of the water is gone, stirring frequently.
